2. How do I start listing my properties? To add your listing first you must set up an account by going here then selecting a listing plan and decide if you would like a Pay Per Listing or a Subscription plan.
3. What are the difference in plans? Subscription plans are designed to provide you with uninterrupted listing services until you cancel your service. The subscription listing is design for real estate agents and real estate agency's. With a subscription plan you purchase a set amount of listing per account, for instance our Gold plan provides the account with 20 listing. With a subscription plan you do not need to worry about renewing your listing service, our system will process renewals automatically for you, saving you time and insures your listing are always live. Pay-Per-Listing plans are design to provide you with one listing for a set time frame. The PPL list works great for a real estate agent or for sale by owner that is listing a home for a set time frame and would not like our system to automatically renew the property listing. However, you do have the option to renew your listing, the ability to upgrade or add more listings if needed in the admin.
4. How do I pay for my plan? We use PayPal and you can use a major credit card without setting up an PayPal account.
5. What is the cost to list my properties? We have subscription plans starting at $25.00 per month with up to 5 listing. The PPL starts at $19.99 for 1 listing and runs for 6 months.
6. If someone is interested in my listing how will I be contacted? We provide a few ways for them to contact you. On the listing page under the Resource Tools the first link is to contact the agent and this will allow them to email you and the subject will have the listing ID of the property. At the bottom of the listing page is your contact information and it provides a link to your agent page which list your other properties and your contact information again.
