Thank you for your interest in listing your lake home property with us! We offer 2 package styles with a featured agents advertising included in our packages to suit your needs.

Subscription packages are designed to provide you with uninterrupted listing services until you cancel your service. The subscription listing is design for real estate agents and agency. With a subscription plan you purchase a set amount of listing per account, for instance our Gold package provides the account with 50 property listing. With a subscription plan our system will process renewals automatically for you, saving you time and insures your listing are always live. Because you never know when that one buyer is looking for that lake home of there dreams.

Pay-Per-Listing packages are design to provide you with one listing for a set time frame. The PPL list works great for a real estate agent or for sale by owner that is listing a home for a set time frame and would not like our system to automatically renew the property listing. However, you do have the option to renew your listing, the ability to upgrade or add more listings if needed in the admin.

Featured Agent - Anyone that purchases the Silver or Gold package will be a featured agent for the state of their choice and their ad will rotate with other featured agents within that state. Those that purchase the Platinum package will be a featured agent for their state and lake they represent. The platinum package offers advantage to be an featured agent for the lake you represent. It is limited to only 3 agents per lake, currently is half price for a limited time, and provides more overall exposure.
